Offers of the Government of the Autonomous Okrug on the preparation of lists of licensing objects
Over 2021 and 2022 the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, guided by the Law of the Russian Federation № 2395-1 dated 21 February 1992 «On subsoil», the Law of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra № 15-oz dated 18 April 1996 «On subsoil use», taking into account the decision of the Public Council under the Subsurface Resources Management and Natural Resources Department of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra (minutes of the meeting № 18 dated 06 September 2021) transmitted to Department for Geology and Subsoil Licensing of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra the text of a proposal for including in the lists of licensing objects:
- The list of licensing objects for using in 2022 (The Order of the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra № 538-rp dated 01 October 2021).
- The addition to the list of licensing objects for using in 2022 (Order of the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra № 252-rp dated 20 May 2022).
September, 11, 2020. The offers of the Government of the Autonomous Okrug - Yugra on the preparation of the program for subsoil use licensing on the territory of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra offered for use in 2021 for geological prospecting for exploration and evaluation of mineral deposits at the expense of subsoil users, and for exploration and production of minerals or for geological prospecting, exploration and production of minerals carried out under a combined license, and on the terms of licenses for the subsoil use, provided for geological prospecting for exploration and evaluation of mineral deposits at the expense of subsoil users, and subsoil plots provided for geological prospecting, exploration and production of minerals, carried out under a combined license were approved (the Order of the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra dated 11.09.2020 № 518-rp) (the file from of the authorities portal of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra www.admhmao.ru).
June, 26, 2020. Amendments were approved for the annex to the Order of the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra dated 16.08.2018 № 436-rp “On the offers of the Government of the Autonomous Okrug - Yugra on the preparation of the program for subsoil use licensing on the territory of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, offered for use in 2020 for geological prospecting at the expense of subsoil users, and for exploration and production of minerals or for geological prospecting, exploration and production of minerals carried out under a combined license and on the conditions of licenses for the use of subsoil plots: Zapadno-Aygulskiy, Karabashskiy 16, Karabashskiy 24, Karabashskiy 61, provided for geological prospecting for exploration and evaluation of mineral deposits at the expense of subsoil users, as well as subsoil plots Aygulskiy, Galdanskiy, Zaozerny, Severo-Ingolskiy, provided for geological prospecting, exploration and production of minerals carried out under a combined license (the Order of the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra dated 26.06.2020 № 363-rp) (the file from the authorite portal of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra www.admhmao.ru).
